Going with the Flow, and what happens when you hit a rock?

I have been thinking a lot about this idea of a flow – a human stream / river the past several years …Recently my experiences are reminding me what happens when you are moving fast in the flow, and you come up upon an obstacle – Bamm! It’s sharp, it hurts and can at minimum, throw you off course.   Because that “rock” is not moving with the flow…so if you come up on a rock, and get caught sideways on one of these rocks, the river will rapidly flow over you – throwing you around, and you will get trapped….This stream/river can be compared to the river/stream of life….so if you can make a decision – to turn and go with the flow; then you can feel supported by the movement of the stream. All you need to do is let go and go with the current- downstream. You have the choice to feel worse or to feel better – everyday you have a choice to make to turn your boat and go with the flow or even better stop paddling upstream and allow yourself to be supported by the flow of Life. Enjoy the Ride 🙂

Lots of Love,

Ali
